Our company has been in business for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience in the collection and disposal field plus outstanding customer service skills.

Fannie Clawson

Ms. Clawson is a native Texan and with her husband, Al Clawson, started Al Clawson Disposal, Inc. (ACDI) in 1982 and has been an integral part of the growth of Central Texas. She has built the company based on solid business principals and exemplary customer service.     

Troy Clawson
Vice President

Mr. Clawson began his career in the waste management industry in 1988 helping his father, Al Clawson, with work from the back of collection trucks to a driver and then on to maintenance shop work.  He learned the value of hard work and the importance of maintaining quality fleet and shop operations and has been an intgral part of mangagement since 1998.   

Cynthia Clawson
Corporate Treasurer

Ms. Clawson joined the company in 1993 and oversees the company's budget, finance and accounting departments.  She became an officer of the company in 2004 after years of day-to-day operations to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  A native of Jarrell, Texas, she was valedictorian of her high school and holds a Bachelor of Science Administration degree from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor.  

Tanya Clawson
Corporate Secretary/Marketing Director

A native of Jarrell, Texas, Ms. Clawson is the daughter of the founders and adheres to the high business standards taught by her parents.  She joined the company in 1994 and is very involved with many of the communities served by Al Clawson Disposal, Inc. (ACDI).  She is or has served on the Greater Leander Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors for the Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center, the Williamson-Burnet Meals on Wheels Program, the planning/zoning committee for Jarrell, Texas and several booster clubs at Jarrell High School.   

Justin Farrow
Safety Director

Mr. Farrow joined the company in 2009.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University and is responsible for planning and executing safety inspections of all workplace facilities.  He ensures the company follows federal, state and local guidelines, conducts monthly employee safety training, and maintains the safety policy handbook.

Gary Womack
Operations Director

Mr. Womack joined the company in 2011 and manages the day-to-day truck collection operations while maintaining policy guidelines. He has 12 years of previous experience as general manager of American Fiber Manufacturing.
