Mrs. Clawson is a native Texan and started Al Clawson Disposal, Inc. (ACDI) in 1982 with her husband, Al. She has been an integral part of the growth by building the company based on solid business principles and exemplary customer service.

Mr. Clawson began his career in the waste management industry in 1988. He learned every aspect of the business from his father, Al Clawson, from working on the back of collection trucks to being a driver to maintenance shop work. He understands the value of hard work and the importance of maintaining a quality fleet and shop operations. Troy currently serves on the Jarrell ISD Board of Trustees.

Cynthia joined the company in 1993 and oversees the company's budget, finance, and accounting departments. She became an officer of the company in 2004 after years of day-to-day operations to ensure complete customer satisfaction. A native of Jarrell, Texas, she was valedictorian of her high school and earned a Bachelor of Science Administration degree from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor.

A native of Jarrell, Texas, Tanya joined the company in 1994. She's the founders' daughter and adheres to the high business standards taught by her parents. Tanya has held volunteer leadership positions with the Leander Chamber of Commerce, Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center, Williamson-Burnet Meals on Wheels Program, Jarrell planning/zoning committee, and several Jarrell High School booster clubs. She currently serves on the Jarrell City Council.
